CGWA Compliance and Inspection Application collects user information. However, no attempt is being made to link these with the identity of individuals visiting the CGWA Application unless an unlawful attempt to violate/infringe the application service or the privacy policy or any provision under law for the time being in force, has been detected.

The Application System does not share/disclose any information including personal details of the user, collected at the time of sign up with any individual or organization (public or private) unless and until it is required by law or it is authorized by the account holder with his/her consent.
